From this deep garnet liquid comes an aroma of black currant, dark plum and delicate spice. Medium-bodied and slightly off dry, it serves up flavours of red and black berries, cherry and plum. The finish is pleasingly drier than anticipated leaving you with flavours of ripe berries and spice.

The Pairings Enjoy with beef brisket, saucy barbecued ribs, grilled steaks with your favorite barbecue sauce or gourmet burgers with aged Cheddar. Try it with pulled pork on a bun, mushroom lasagna or vegetable stews.

The Process Cabernet and Baco Noir undergo traditional red wine making, including full malolactic fermentation to soften the mouthfeel.
